yes you can open carry without cpl in walmart, kroger, heres why

i called both walmart district manager and kroger as well. i asked about their firearm policy. both store policies allow customer to open carry as long as they are legal to do so under state law. i even asked them i dont have a cpl and i still can open...

Found a pretty good charity partnership on an outdoor site that sends packages to those serving overseas for the holidays with each purchase. I know many people who were in the military and I'm sure would have loved to receive something like this:

I know that some people have.  I have not as I have a CPL, but I've read posts from others without CPLs that have asked for and received permission.

Under state law, a person who does not have a CPL, cant open carry in a establishment that has a Liquor license,  such as bars, meijer, walmart, speedway, party stores etc. except if you have written permission from the owner.
